Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani and his Russian counterpart Sergei Ryabkov have conferred on the latest developments in the region.

Bagheri Kaniheld talks with Ryabkov in the Iranian capital city of Tehran on Thursday.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments, including sanctions removal and JCPOA revival talks.

They also emphasized the continuation of strategic consultations between Tehran and Moscow.
