Yemen's Armed Forces Strike American Ship in Support of Gaza, Vow to Respond to US-UK Aggression

In a recent announcement, Yemen's Armed Forces revealed a new missile strike targeting the American ship Chem Ranger in the Gulf of Aden. The strike, conducted in support of Palestinians in Gaza facing a US-backed Israeli war, resulted in a direct hit.

The ongoing attacks on Israeli and related vessels are seen as responses to the Israeli regime's war on Gaza since October 7. The conflict has claimed the lives of at least 24,620 Palestinians, with a significant percentage being women, children, and adolescents.

Despite missile attacks from the United States and the UK in retaliation, Yemen's Armed Forces assert that any new aggression will be met with a response. Ansarullah leader Abdel Malek al-Houthi emphasized their commitment to continue hitting Israel-bound ships, including those of American and British origin, while defending Yemen's legitimate right to self-defense.
