The report, leaked by a pro-Israeli group, has sparked controversy, coinciding with South Africa's lawsuit against Israel at the International Court of Justice for failing to uphold commitments under the 1948 Genocide Convention. Israeli actions in Gaza, initiated after Hamas's Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, have led to extensive casualties and humanitarian crises, with over 32,000 Palestinians killed and widespread suffering due to the regime's siege on the territory.
