Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian has accused Israel of concealing its destabilizing activities from countries that have normalized relations with it. He stated that Iran's intelligence agencies have provided these countries with evidence of Israel's malicious actions.
Amir Abdollahian revealed that Iran possesses documents demonstrating Israel's disregard for the governments of countries that have normalized relations with it while engaging in destabilizing activities. In an interview with the official newspaper Al-Wefagh, he emphasized that the Zionist entity's actions undermine the region's security.
He went on to assert that normalizing relations with Israel is not in the best interest of the Islamic world and regional countries. Iran remains committed to defending the resistance, as it believes that resistance is crucial for ensuring regional security.
Amir Abdollahian also discussed Oman's role in mediating talks to revive the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, expressing Iran's willingness to consider ideas presented by Oman's Sultan.
Furthermore, he reiterated Iran's support for the resistance axis, emphasizing that Iran's foreign policy prioritizes defending the oppressed and maintaining regional stability and security. He refuted baseless claims regarding Iranian drones in Ukraine and clarified Iran's stance in support of Palestinian and Lebanese resistance against the Zionist entity and regional terrorist groups.
Iran's foreign policy is based on national interests, with a focus on regional security, stability, and peace, Amir Abdollahian concluded.
