Prime Minister Kakar also described the decision to expel illegal refugees from Afghanistan as a response to the Taliban’s lack of cooperation.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the explosion that occurred in a minibus in the Afghan capital, Kabul, on Tuesday.
