Hamas Condemns Biden Administration's Support for Israeli Aggression in Gaza

Hamas's Political Bureau Chief Ismail Haniyeh, following a meeting with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, criticized the Biden administration's complicity in the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza. Haniyeh emphasized that history would remember the United States' role in supporting what he termed the "war of starvation" imposed on Gaza by the Israeli regime. He denounced the US for providing cover for the atrocities committed against civilians, highlighting its vetoing of UN Security Council resolutions calling for a ceasefire. Despite Hamas's willingness to engage in negotiations for peace, Haniyeh condemned the Israeli regime's obstructionist tactics, affirming Hamas's determination to resist such stalling.
